Hello I've been struggling with this problem for a couple of weeks and am now asking for help. I've been trying to install Lightworks v11 but am unable to get past the HASP driver install. I am running the Lightworks installation as Administrator, with the firewall and anti-virus switched off, on Windows 7 64-bit, on a Dell Inspiron 1750. During the installation I receive a number of popups with the following dialog: 1) Sentinal Run-time Environment Installer v. 6.23 Error when starting the hardlock service with parameters 1119 5777 1. To install: IMPORTANT NOTE: Perform these steps BEFORE inserting the security key for the first time. Download the driver file linked above to the computer that will run the software. Install the driver files by double clikcing on the downloaded file. Follow the installation steps and wait for the installation to finish. Once installation is complete, reboot the computer if asked then connect the security key to an open USB port. Allow the key drivers to recognize the new key. Once the process is complete, run the Ioline software to test for correct installation.
